Peebles FC make the SFA Quality Mark Grade

Peebles FC were awarded the Scottish FA Quality Mark Award this Saturday. This Award is of major significance as it is the result of all but 1 of the different clubs in Peebles coming together to form 1 strong club. Peebles FC is now one of the biggest clubs in the South East Region. The community of Peebles now have the opportunity to play and be part of well organised Community based Football Club.  Members of each of the clubs have worked hard to bring the clubs together. 

Thanks must be given to Tom Cooke and David Graham for pulling all the evidence together to achieve the Quality Mark Award.

They have also done a magnificent job in getting the large number of coaches through the Scottish FA coach education certificate courses and developing a plan to take the club forward. Well Done Peebles..

Peebles are the 5th Club in the Scottish Borders to receive this award and this is in no part to hard work done by Dougie Anderson and Drew Kelly the Scottish FA development officers based with Scottish Borders Council.
